Six-Word Search: “Thanks”

Thanksgiving: a holiday spent engaging in awkward interactions with extended family members, tolerating in-laws, preparing delicacies that are sweet, mashed, canned and candied and the stuffing of turkeys and ourselves. Throughout all of that, we somehow manage to keep things in perspective and celebrate a multitude of things—big and small and unsizable—that we are thankful for.
In this spirit, SMITH has been overflowing with thanks-themed memoirs, from heartfelt expressions of gratitude, to comical turkey-day blues.
Wondering if anyone else has the same misgivings as you about this grateful holiday? Curious to know what the SMITH community has to be thankful for? For answers to these questions and more, read on.
