“Yes, Let’s Ruin Our Lives Together.” The Best Six-Word Memoirs of the Week

Saturday, July 2nd, 2011

By Alyssa Jocson

This past week, many followed the latest twists in the Casey Anthony case, the season finale of The Voice, or the drama of The Bachelorette, and others kept checking media outlets until same-sex marriage got the green light in New York. Just as these events drew an audience, so did this week’s submissions of Six-Word Memoirs. Each day SMITH community members comment on each other’s stories, choose favorites, and give kudos to one another for inspiring words. Below are the best memoirs of the week ending July 1. Click on each memoirists name for more sixes from that person.

Best Collaboration: “Yes, let’s ruin our lives together.” -justinegabbana, with many “favorites” from the SMITH community and picture above.
