Another Item for the Toolbox

If you’ve ever wanted to tell your story with animation but found Macromedia’s Flash too daunting, you might want to check out Toufee. Through some kind of Web 2.0 magic, it lets you build Flash movies online, complete with embedded video, photos, and wacky text effects. (Just imagine how obnoxiously badass you can make your MySpace page.)
If I could assemble a bit of crap like this in just under 45 seconds, think of what you could achieve if you spent some time using it in a meaningful way.
Crap you say? I’m near sobbing. At SMITH, we love the chicken’s-eye view of the world, but in this case the bird’s-eye is just fine. Because you loved that little bird. And that bird you could not change.
