Sage social work advice: marry up.

Backstory

A master's degree, licensed, certified, 20 years of experience and I still would be hard pressed to buy a house by myself. Ahhh well, at least people assume I am a nice person when they hear what I do for a living, and I have GREAT "my day was weirder than yours" dinner party stories, and I have never had a job I didn't love (even if I eventually burn out like a candle lit at both ends). That's worth something!
