After working in customer service for 27 years, met lots of people who constantly told me over and over again that people like myself kept them coming back time and time again. It's always that first impression customers get when they first enter the door. Now that I have retired I'm noticing that fact now, when I'm waited on. It really makes a difference. Met lots of wonderful people and wouldn't change it for the world. If customers walked in with bad attitudes they walked out with good ones.
