I probably missed my bitch orientation.

Sure, education and training has its rewards.
Sadly, some "team members" decide to remind everyone this when there's work to be done- particularly when it's the dirty aspect of the job. One of my absolute pet peeves is when a fellow nurse utters these words:
"I am the nurse!", implying that, "that's not my job" or "I am too educated to wipe ass".
We do have of hardworking CNAs on board, but why let a patient wallow in her own filth while waiting for a CNA to finish some other scut work, especially if all you're doing is counting the dots on the ceiling?
Then again, I probably just missed that part of the employee orientation where we were told that we're supposed to yell, "I'm the nurse!" whenever a patient does a Code Brown.
