Thanks for a comment you left on one of my memoirs.Here is something I learned while I was spending 24 years of my life in the military.
A leader knows the way, shows the way, goes the way.
Or....A leader should live by the 4 S's when giving a verbal instruction. Stand up, speak up, shut up and sit down.
