Backstory

The messages that they send and the ones that you send to them. Administrators "lose" messages and claim that you never sent one to them. It was always nice to resend the "lost" messages with the original date! It was equally nice to send back a message from an administrator with information that she (he) claimed to know nothing about. And it is a shame that colleagues have to go through so much. But it is reality.
