Customer comment card. Bag of Reese's.

Backstory

Upon orientation, the human resources representative in charge of training had all new employees fill out a ditto sheet like you would see in grade school.
It asked about favorite color, sports team, food, treat, clothing size, beverage, etc. Felt slightly immature in the moment and secretly, loved, the idea that the company, although the products may be trivial in price, believed in recognition and rewards. Didn't want fellow coworkers to think I was "nerdy", which I am, and I secretly wished I'd win the door prize as well.
At team huddles, customer comment cards would be read and the recipient given, in my case, a bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Yum! Kind of along the same philosophy as "What would you do for a Klondike Bar?" Inspiration comes from within and same time, treats, are a welcome motivator.
