One of the bosses I've had over the years was a high school dropout, single mother, had been, but got off welfare, and was the one who looked at all employees as future bosses. With her let's get it done, let's get it done right, but if you know a better way (or a way that works better for you) do it. Just what a young worker needs to have, a little freedom and encouragement to own the job.
