Backstory

My boss respects and listens to all level of Associates in our organization. He has trust in the Associates to do their job well. He believes that it takes all of our Associates working together as a team to make the company a success. My boss makes sure our Mercer consultants are working for our company in a way to not only benefit the company, but also he wants to give back to our Associates and tries to find ways to do so. He is interested in Associate involvement and has very good communication skills. My boss always has time to listen to any Associate that comes to his desk, even when he is over his head with his own workload. He has the respect as I already mentioned of all Assoicates. He's the Greatest!
