Practicing mindfulness. Living in "The Moment."
Backstory
Just started a new Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group yesterday. It's been a while since I last formally trained in this discipline back in July 2, 2010 though I try to practice daily. Literally, last night, 1/3/2012, my group started and though I was disappointed that I will be learning Interpersonal Effectiveness last, we began with Core Mindfulness including living in the moment, observing, describing (with words), and fully participating.Karma happens again as it coincides with the launch of SMITH's new book "The Moment." And helps me with my DBT lifelong learning goal of appreciating all the interconnectivities of life AND learning something new and sharing it with someone else. Thanks all.

Mindfulness is a wonderful gift. A young friend of mine described it as my "mind is full of the present"
