Such a good reminder of my own recovery: making something real is powerful stuff- relieving but fraught with new challenges, sometimes a lot of shame. Healing's hard work can be daunting. It never ends. Parts of it do get easier though with time, support and self-love and forgiveness. Thank you for sharing your post. Grace
