Daddy, I'm never enough for you.

Backstory

I only have one other sibling, but he is better at everything. Where he fails at school, he makes up for it in the baseball field. I tried to be good at sports, and found one that I really liked : Soccer. My mother signed me up, but I only wanted my dad to watch me play. However, football or cutting wood always got in the way. My dad never came to a game, so eventually I just gave up. I am smart; one of the top in my grade. But no matter how good my grades are, he always seems to find a flaw in something I've perfected my whole life. I feel like I'll never be enough; I'll never fulfil his expectations. My dad is my science teacher, at the moment, and its the hardest class I try in. I want to be the best student he ever had, but I never get praise like the other kids. Maybe its just because he doesn't want the other kids to feel left out, but what about me? Lucas, my brother, always gets praise...when will it be my turn?
