Backstory

After a rough beginning I am turning my life into what I want it to be. This includes becoming involved in the things that I am passionate about; women's rights, abused children, the homeless are just a few things I am involved in. There were times I was afraid to do anything and I'm sure it stemmed (no pun intended) from my upbringing. But now I see that mighty Sunflower, face to the sun, ready to tackle whatever I choose to. This is my life. PS: should have been in life category :)
