Most employers now drug screen before hiring and then do random screenings periodically. I think it is a good idea for welfare recipients to do the same. Employers also usually provide EPA programs for their employees to help facilitate recovery. In an ideal world that would also happen for those on welfare...Dhani says,
Yeah, I worked at TARGET. We were drug tested periodically.
