Nice - i could be wrong - but I think I've seen this before - I think on this site.

You're absolutely right!! I am flabbergasted. On Dec 10, 2011, I first tweeted these six words. The tweet is still there on my feed @takofthetown

Just today I registered at Smith Mag, on a whim. I had known about it, of course. So all day today I have been checking in! I was just browsing when I came upon this slideshow and something caught my eye for a split second that gave me the goosebumps!! Some girl wearing a T Shirt with this slogan! My very first reaction was self-congratulation! That my six words have already been featured on a slideshow. But then I was like, How come they are on a T Shirt already????

Anyway, I am still a bit shocked that two people could think so exactly alike! I thought these words up when I was going through a particularly depressing streak on bad luck.

'of bad luck'

Here it is: http://www.smithmag.net/slideshow/slide22.jpg

It's not dated. Not that I am trying to contest who came up with these six words first. Still would love to connect with the other author!

I meant, Dec 10, 2012.

Lisa.Anne says,

Hi. I made this sweater in 2009. It was in an exhibition at the Hammer Museum in LA at that time.

Best,

takofthetown says,

Thanks, Lisa! I've been to the Hammer once, back in 2007. Liked it!

I find it amazing these words came to me thousands of miles away in Jaipur, India, where I currently live!

Best for your art work!
