I saw this memoir the other day and had never heard of a Dutch Baby. Looks terrific though. I meant to look it up. Got sidetracked. Then tonight I'm reading our local weekly entertainment, events newspaper and there is an ad for a cooking class at New Leaf, an organic store, on how to make a gluten free Dutch Baby for Easter brunch.
I always, always find this amazing. How one new thing will suddenly "pop" up in your consciousness. So tonight I learned it is like an adult version of a pancake. How come I never knew about this before? Thanks for the enlightening memoir!
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...

its a lovely treat. Fill it with fresh berries and cream in the summertime, or butter and maple syrup, anytime.
