accidentaltourist says,

ohhhh....I would love to have some. I do like cookies.

Dragonflower says,

Those are the most beautiful tollhouse cookies I have ever seen! And I live next door to a locally famous bakery that makes them almost every day! Did you ever watch Friends? There was an episode where Phoebe and Monica are trying to recreate her grandmother's secret cookie recipe. Turns out they were toll house cookies, but her grandmother pronounced it french-like, so Phoebe never knew.

PS. I just love it when I open a six when there is no backstory and I am surprised by a pic! Sometimes better than a backstory! In this case, absolutely!!! Now I'm happy to go see the tax guy--you brightened my day, CF.

canadafreeze says,

Sorry, DE. This is a stock shot, but mine looked just as good:-) sent mine to the amateur theatre group last night. They are significant to the play in production.

jl333 says,

Those cookies are calling my name right about now...and just so happens, I'm extra hungry today.

TeaTopper says,

Read your sand-in-toes memoir, CF, about how winter's taking a bigger toll this year. Then you bake tollhouse cookies for a theatre group. Perfect!

canadafreeze says,

Thanks for getting the connection, TT:-)

Dragonflower says,

Darn! I'm always fooled by the pics. The napkin made me think it was really yours. But I have no doubt that what you say is true about yours looking just as good!
