Unsurprisingly, getting ill from bullshit diet.

Backstory

Metaphorically speaking. Why can't people stop with the games?

explora2 says,

that is why I've decided to switch to this amazing No Bullshit diet. works wonders for my mental health. :)

sisterpoet says,

I am a big fan of putting everything on the table. It however makes people uncomfortable to be so honest. So they contiue to be fake in the name of polite. Nonsense, I say. Hurt me with the truth, don't BS me with a lie...I believe that is how the saying goes.

DynamicDbytheC says,

On the plus side, I heard that is not only low in substance, it is low in calories.

three-monkeys says,

Bullshit has a many layered meaning for me! I won't bore you with the details, but suffice it to say...I get it!

illuminatrix says,

Explora, too right. That is the way.
Sisterpoet, I try hard to be that way, but sometimes others' irrationality forces me to 'be politic'. But I'm aware that I'm very stubborn, and sometimes this 'diplomacy' is a good exercise in pride taming. However, sometimes a negative pattern forms and I end up in the position of the astrological Scorpio (which I am) where I end up poisoning myself through not having the right release. I used to eat ALL negative feelings as a kid and I wasted a lot of good energy feeding dark feelings. It still happens sometimes (we deal however we can deal), but I'm a lot better about it. That said, of course you're right, and I crave little more than to be able to be brutally honest. I'm working at it.
Dynamic, right you are, and full of probiotics, but also full of toxic parasites. ;^)
3-monkeys, feels good when others know where you're coming from. Better to expectorate the cud sometimes, than chewing it forever.
