I have to agree with you 100% DDbytheC...I enjoy my job to the fullest. Been doing it 23 years full time. I can't tell you how often I hear, "When are you going to get a 'real' job?" Makes me sad that people can't be happy for me. And just in the last week, I ran into a few people who had 'professional' job titles...and as it turns out, I make double what they make! Too many people put importance on job title...I'm over that petty crap. I do my job, and I do it well. And just 3 weeks ago, I was recently hired to 'fluff' somebodies pillows. Yes, I said 'fluff'. It's what she wants. I work for this other lady while the kids are at school. And just saying, but my job allows me to take kids jet skiing, off roading, surfing, snowboarding, and kayaking. Why would t I want to get paid to do that stuff??
