Hate the trapped feeling. I offered to come into work if one of the guys in their 4 wheel drive truck came to pick me up ... a couple offered yesterday before the storm hit. I'm only 1.5 miles from the office. But no, they said it wasn't necessary even though I have lots of things that MUST be done before end of month. I had to take a PTO day and other than shoveling my driveway and helping the lady next door do hers, I've been nothing all day. Grrr... I would have rather worked.
I know that feeling. Got home after an hour and a half for a 20 minute ride home. My poor grandson shovled the driveway and helped me after I got stuck trying to get onto the driveway. My poor daughter got home alittle while ago. Almost 10pm. LOOOOONG day.
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...
