Orange: Love it or hate it.

Backstory

It seems there is no grey area when it comes to orange. P.S. Nothing rhymes with orange.

NumbrOneAunt says,

very clever backstory, lovelyliz :) i love orange In a sunset, but I don't buy orange clothing.

jl333 says,

Funny, I'm not an orang-y kind of gal...but yesterday I went to buy a florescent orange shirt, solely for hiking purposes, and my friend gawked at the idea of me wearing it. It's not like I'm trying to impress the stupid ass bushes or anything...it's an orange shirt for safety purposes for crying out loud!

lillybrook says,

I do not wear orange, but I love orange food and usually love the way it presents in nature.

accidentaltourist says,

I love the fruit, and the juice. As a little girl, when all the others were picking pink and purple ribbons, I chose orange. As a teen, I painted my bedroom walls a color called Aztec Orange....my mother was appalled.

But today, I don't own a single orange article of clothing, and nothing in my home is orange. Except my juice. ;)

MO_Thoughts2 says,

I have a couple orange shirts. Warm orange, not bright orange.

Dragonflower says,

When I was a little girl, my mother was in love with a color called Burnt Orange. I hated anything orange most of my life. Then about 4 years ago, I kinda liked it. Then about a year ago, I started loving it. I even have an orange wallet. It was on clearance at Kohls, along with about 10 other ones! If you asked me my favorite color, it would probably be orange now, over black.

Caveat. I don't like neon orange. It has to be nice, warm color. Not SF Giants color! (Sorry world series champs!)

ba_miracle says,

Orange in a sunset is gorgeous (like your thumbnail photo). I'm a redhead and orange would not be a good color for me to wear.

notjustagirlintheworld says,

Formerly not much of fan, but I am a slave to fashion. Identified myself to an unnamed sixer who was passing through as "the one carrying the bright orange hand bag" worked like a charm and the proof is in the feet photo.
