Winter snow lifts her icy skirt.

Backstory

Returning from a brisk neighbourhood walk with my Believe hat firmly in place, I glimpsed a tiny bit of spring. The snow banks are melting and showing the tiniest bit of what lies beneath. It's a little teaser, but I'll take it. I always get tricked this time of year.
