Not sure what you are going for here but I remember feeling after my father became ill (10 years before he died) that my parents live had become very small. I was amazed to see my mother maybe not bounce back but come back. She is an inspiration.

JAD says,

Since my mom lives with me and has dementia she has to be watched 24/7 just meant that some things I used to do can't do anymore or maybe as much. Not complaining, because she comes first and I love her very much.

notjustagirlintheworld says,

I totally get it. My Grandmother had the same. Awful when the mind fails and body goes on. My father was the opposite, sharp as a tack but his body just gave out on him. You are a wonderful daughter.

JAD says,

Thanks,notjust.
