Help, I'm having a Senior Moment.
Backstory
Talk about panicky moments, I came out of the Mall and couldn't remember where I parked my car.Felt embarrassed. I said a prayer to St.Anthony and walked and hoped. All of a sudden, I remembered. i think "parking at the mall" is a different animal from senior moment. you're thinking about what you've bought, triying to make sure you didn't forget anything, planning the rest of the errands you need to run, and oh, yeah...what about dinner tonight? still, i agree that it's NOT a fun feeling.MO_Thoughts2 says,
I have to laugh at this because it drives my kids crazy that I park in the same area every time we go to Walmart so I can remember where I park -- even if there are closer parking spaces.When I go to the mall or any other store, I walk towards the front door, then stop, turn around and look back at my car so I have a "picture" in my head from coming out of the store perspective.

I also always park in the same area, MO!! It just helps. But my car is a very similar color and shape to many other cars. I have actually tried to open another person's car on many occasions, and wondered either why the key didn't fit the trunk lock, or why the auto door release wasn't working!Something else I do is turn around after parking to lock the door again with my remote! Never am sure I did the first time.
I think it is like what NOA says, lots on your mind when doing errands!
