I remember receiving what was sweeter than candy also, re a skin lesion proven not cancerous. Yeah, great feeling. Just hold onto it so there's no re-occurrence....
Glad to hear it! Congrats on MOTD! And if the biopsy involved a super long thin needle going into your thyroid several times sans anesthetic, extra congrats on that, too! Although the nurse told me that I was "brave," I almost broke her hand when I had it done!
MEMOIR (How odd this would remind me of the malignant tumor growing at the base of my spine that had prevented me from urinating, so a catheter had to be inserted into the urethra of my penis, probably the most painful & uncomfortable process experienced during my two-year treatment (apart from the tumor).
