Wench says,

I'm not kidding myself, I'm an ostrich and it's ok. My parents used to call me Lexi Bird. And not that I've really associated these two images a whole lot over the years, but it does seem like my taking off skills have never been quite what I wanted.

Wench says,

I really miss the heron on the pond where we lived last year. I never got a photo. He was breathtaking, especially early in the morning when mist was rising off the water and the sun was breaking through the trees. I'd like to be a heron. Some day.
