Aspired, too; prevent further heart disease?

Backstory

The human heart: the four-chambered pump that quickly sends warm, oxygen-rich blood through the vessels in our body, nourishing, purifying, and keeping the flesh pliable. It is so sensitive to what we do - it can speed up from a sound or movement. It can be strengthened when a cause is brought to mind. It can be hurt by stress, physical and mental. I wish I had protected mine more thoroughly, but with what I have left I aspire to foster healthy habits for it - starting with diet, exercise, and meditation.

Always moving, internally massaging, changing, this organ can be opened by positive change or closed by ignorance concerning what is beneficial.

Very interesting observation. I have being dealing with some interesting symptoms of inappropriate heart responses, tachycardia and brachacardia. The cardiologist told me I have slight mitral regurgitation, so I sort of have a heart condition. I had some very stressful times most recently. Could I have protected my heart by protecting my heart?
