Does it matter if they are no longer in your life? I once saw this quote that I love: "Never explain yourself. Your friends don't need an explanation and your enemies won't believe you anyway." Yes, but I do wonder, more so lately, now that I am older. I don't think the thought occurred to me when I was younger.

I know the impression others have made on me and I wonder what lasting impressions, if any, I have made on others.
