"time-saving devices" waste so much time.
Backstory
almost no technological device has ever performed as well as their marketing materials suggested they would, and quite often the really simple things (like online banking or printing a pdf from a tablet) can ruin a perfectly good day... And for the love of jeebus my smart phone facilitates some seriously idiotic time wasting; it's downright Orwellian the thought crime that is the "smart phone" ...
