Backstory

Growing up I always had problems with my one ankle not being able to support itself most of the time, nothing was done until '05 and that ended up making it worse and adding more problems to it.
Last week I was finally granted access to all my medical records and I got the last of them yesterday.
Apparently back in 2007 it was said that I needed to have another surgery that would have made it so I could basically function normally instead of having to use assistance all the time.
I never had that surgery, it was never even given as an option to me because my guardian didn't believe I needed it and now I'm not eligible for it anymore.
