I remember all to clearly the days before we had remote controls, and we had to actually get up to turn the knob and adjust the rabbit ears on top. Funny memoir Oops!

Uggh, the work it takes to be entertained. I remember when my brother had to climb on the roof to move the antenna. It was a three person job .... one at the tv, one at the door to holler instructions and him up on the roof. And we had to do this alot.

I remember those antenna days so well too and I remember my brother and i fighting over shows to watch and standing by the tv and each of changing the channel - neither could sit down to watch anything LOL...

last night we got settled to watch the tennis with nibblies and drinks etc and then I realised the remote control was on the other end of the coffee table and it was a HUGE effort to move accross and reach out and grab it and I realised that this must just be the ultimate height of laziness - I thought it was very funny
