You just have to find the right person to talk to. I've never found a therapist I could vent to. I had one great friend and one amazing teacher (in high school) that I would talk to.
Thanks all. I have always liked therapy with the right therapist, and this one's good. It's tough to open the can of worms but the alternative is tougher. And yes, pass the tissues, notjustagirl. ;)
