Bought headlamp. Clerk replaced it. Service?!
Backstory
Apparently, it still exists. Who knew? Our local AutoZone now has one more loyal customer because THREE staffers helped replace my headlamp bulb tonight. Their Great attitudes, friendliness, and helpfulness made my night after a long day at work. I bought my last set of wipers there....I was pleasantly surprised when the woman (yes, woman) who rang me up said, "need help installing these?" and then proceeded to pop them on. Isn't is wonderful to find someone who actually likes their job.Love Auto Zone. Over the years they have installed new wipers during a raging storm, checked out a car battery that was sporadically working (yep, had some dead cells) and jumped started it when it wouldn't start back up in their lot, used their hand held computer to determine why my check engine light was on, and will loan me a transmission fluid funnel to top off the leaking monster. Auto Zone is always my first choice.
