I love fresh fish and I do fry them in Wesson canola. I usually dip them in egg and water mixture and then into bread crumbs. Then the big fry begins. Taste wonderful. Do you have any secret recipes other then what I just mentioned? Would love to hear some others.

RaisedByWolves says,

I just dip in milk and dredge in corn meal, yellow, white, or blue. Whatever's on hand. A sprinkle of spices dejour, anything from Hungarian paprika, course black pepper, Cajun ... Simple is the key and never over cook!
