Yeah, another good one – and a scary ending! Heck, all of the original series' episodes were either good or great. Serling was the king of allegory (although, he didn't write "The Howling Man"). Each story is a parable in 30 minutes.
P.S. I give "honorable mention" to The Outer Limits.
My sister loved to scare me. I don't know why. We had a big gap in our ages. In the summer, we'd watch both those shows late at night. Just the beginning of each of them freaked me out. Outer Limits took control of the tv. TZ had spooky intro music, I think. The set up for the story set my hair on edge. My sister loved them. Sometimes she'd act out a scary bit days later just so I'd scream. Heck, I'm still scared.
Okay, okay, I know what you're thinking. There are also some not-so-great things that endure. However, I have no personal experience with "simplex" problems. But from what I've read, the sufferers enter a "dimension that lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge". The signposts visible and, uh, hidden. A rather nasty twilight zone – with no medical escape.
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...
