Husband was on hold for 20+ minutes later trying to get in touch with the EMS council to find out why his recertification approval is taking forever. After waiting all that time, he got a busy tone and was disconnected.
That's why I swear by the land-line phone. I also have speaker phone so when they keep me on hold, I go about my business until I hear them come on finally. Most customer service suck!
