Cat almost died. Healthy once again!

Backstory

For the last 5.5 weeks, our cat has been extremely ill. We've literally nursed her 24/7 all these weeks. We are up every two hours feeding her. We thought we were going to have to put her down. Nothing short of a miracle, she's back to her old self as of Christmas Day! I now feel so much better. You'd never guess that she almost didn't make it for the last month!

MotorCityMich says,

I am so happy for you and Kitty!

jl333 says,

Thank you MCM! I was getting nervous because we are going overseas, and we surely didn't want to leave a cat that was sick! Nothing short of a miracle that she's better! In my mind, all those hours getting barely any sleep truly paid off!

oopsalittle says,

oh glad she pulled through with all your tlc!
where are you off to?

jl333 says,

Australia--going to visit my boss who moved over seas. As a gift, my boss gave me a RT ticket to come visit.

oopsalittle says,

Well I'm in Melbourne! If you're going to visit melbourne let me know - we could have a mini six meetup :)

JAD says,

Happy for you and your cat. Remember when my Labradors were sick we thought we were losing them few days later it was as though they were ressurected.

jl333 says,

Hi Oops! I just looked up Melbourne and Brisbane (where KharisJo lives) and both directions are about a 12-15 hour drive (according to google) from where I'd be. For sure though, if time permits, I'll give a shout out! That would be so fun!!
Thank you for all the well wishes for my cat from all of you!

KharisJo says,

so pleased for your moggy and hope we can meet for a Vegemite toast in Brisbane :)
