Nice memoir. It reminds me that I had a favorite comic strip called Ziggy a while back. Not sure if its still around. I remember one from new years eve 1980. It had the baby and the old guy and Ziggy said, "So long 1980, all you get from me is a wave, because you took so much more than you gave."I have that same thought about 2012. Don't remember exactly what was so bad about 1980, but sometimes we just have years that don't go so well. I'm hopeful for 13. I'm a huge fan of optimisim!
