minor incident with a co-worker. lots of well meaning folks wanted to be helpful, but training indicated that it was a ride-it-out situation. Once folks were reminded they were in the same company sponsored aid class I was in - it all came back and the ending was a happy one. Very difficult for some to fight impulse and rely on training in scary situations.
This memoir came about because of the realization that the best first aid was to remind people that they actually knew what to do.
