You're always enough. Always. Sometimes you just don't realize it because you're too busy comparing yourself to others. It's like the old saying, "Camparison is the thief of happiness". Hang in there and remember that you're always enough :)
Thank you:) I'll be the first to admit I've been comparing myself to other far too much, but also to these crazy high standards in my head that 'it only I had done this or that I could've been better' I think I might finally be accepting that trying my best is enough. I am enough. No matter what I DID put forth my best effort and I should be proud of that. this is finally sinking in I think:)
Achieving goals and finding happiness is almost impossible when one doesn't believe in oneself. No one can give you the confidence to strive for your dreams, and no pill can alleviate a lack of that belief.
