"You need to get a gun"
Backstory
As I was stepping off the curb in a shopping center to return to my car in the parking lot, a man in a car parked in the handicap space said the above six words to me."Show em your holster and they'll let you cross" (referring to the cars). "I keep mine right here on the dashboard."
I smiled and kept walking with my cane.
"I've been in your place, girl." His final words.
Just another one of my many strange encounters.

This is undoubtedly the same mindset the old man in the wheelchair had prior to shooting and killing the woman who accidentally bumped into said wheelchair with her car. No, he wasn't injured in the least. He seemed pretty smug afterward.Bevvie says,
Exactly! My first thought was that horrendous murder.RaisedByWolves says,

This would have scared me. When I read this I got a chill. I don't like malls anymore when I used to enjoy going there. Too many crazy people and they like to say things to you. UGH!
