How poisonous are we talking? Deadly, crippling, or just bitter-tasting? :)

ba_miracle says,

As long as the wrong one is never hit...I'm tasty:-)

Almost deadly once and even I'm surprised at the amount of restraint I used in that instance.

I'll be alone before I cripple a loved one but I understand some think this cruel too.

I need just a little more sweetness dilution.
and my continued effort not to let myself be numbed.

Evocative and mysterious. I'm a Scorpio and it's always been a poignant metaphor for my life, because if I don't find ways to 'get the poison out' through venting, constructive activities, what have you, the poison from my own tail--designed to protect me-- starts to destroy me. Poisonous veins is a cool, related angle. Bite this at your peril, but feel free to nibble. It also reminds me of a chili pepper, containing the strong capsaicin concentrations to ward animals off from eating it. Do you also sport bright colors like a tree frog to warn people not to...you know...fuck with ya? Just joshing. Anywho. Keep looking for the right dilution for your sweetness/poison. You'll get it right some of the time.

Very brave, powerful statement -

LOL Illuminatrix, a long time ago I wore dark colors, a bad attitude and didn't let anyone get near enough to f**k w/me. Now I am tame(ish), fairly silly and enjoying my un-remarkableness for awhile.
Most of my dear ones would go to great lengths not to hurt me and I feel the same way.
I'm doing what I can to dilute and become more skilled in the art of lovingkindness...spending time alone had made that easier ;-).

definitely relating to "constructive activities" and tend to thrive when directing my energy that way. I certainly have experienced the effects in my life at both ends of the destructive/constructive spectrum.

canadafreeze,
sometimes I think you understand people better than themselves.
