This is almost a kind of mobius logic loop. A catch-22 that is simultaneously a dog catching (finally!) and biting its own tail, running around with frenetic energy, oscillating between the binary set of 'is' and 'isn't'. This is the type of thing we WANT to emerge from the fortune cookie. It EVEN works when you add the traditional 'in bed'!
