Ignoring 50% of his painful moaning.

Backstory

He has so much pain so often that I have to ignore some of it. His pain triggers my emotions and I can't be there for him if I am crying. As cruel as it sounds, ignoring him is better than sobbing with him. I have to keep going in order to take care of him.

Heart wrenching.

JAD says,

I feel for you and James.

Dragonflower says,

You are doing the right thing. It isn't cruel in any sense. It is sensible. You are absolutely right that you can't be there for him if you are crying. He needs you to be strong and you are. He needs you to let him moan, as that the only way to cope with the pain. You are wonderful to him and for him. Having said that, I am so, so sorry for what you and your sweetheart are experiencing and I cry for the both of you. Love and peace to you!

accidentaltourist says,

Wishing you moments of ease and peace, where and whenever you can find them.
