Why are people so loud around an obviously sleeping baby?! Maybe your kid used to sleep while you vacuum and played the drums but mine doesn't so maybe you could LOWER YOUR VOICE.
I hate that. We stayed at my mother-in-laws recently and her husband woke up at 4:30 in the morning on his day off and wanted to turn the tv on - in all its overpriced surround-sound glory. Our son was sleeping in the next room behind a glass door. What is wrong with people???
My MIL was the inspiration for this one. She showed up during nap time and rang the doorbell and came in just long enough to talk unnecessarily loud and then asked if Liam was sleeping. I felt like saying "probably not anymore". Sure enough, she turned and left and he started hollering. Maybe I'm just being sensitive but I would never ring a doorbell at a house where I know there's a baby. I'm thinking of having it removed.
these six words leapt out from the sermon I heard in church this morning. Thanks Pastor Jodi. (I attend a Baptist church which has two lady ministers on the pastoral team.)We can live with peace and joy no matter...
