I am an expert on this. I know it doesn't feel right and it doesn't seem fair and of course you still hate him. I hate him too and I don't even know him!Having said that, I learned the really, really hard way--all that hating--it takes its toll on you. You are so much more lovely than all that hate. If you possibly can, consider just letting it go.
