Hi MJ! Yes, I do tend to eat pretty healthy, just in large quatities. I generally eat between 5-9 servings of fruit and veggies a day. Eat loads of pastas, breads, and potatoes (love my starchy foods). And I do have a little dessert (usually candy or bread).
We gotta have the pasta, breads, potatoes for energy! How can anyone function well without the carbs. I got 2 cans of nuts at CVS today on sale. They usually are so expensive but I love them for snacks. Also fills me and I believe they are protein. Protein and Carbs perfect together.
