You've probably already read my 'Four (4) Keys to Self-Healing Through the Power of Forgiveness'?, but maybe your readers who've been touched directly or indirectly by cancer (or any life-threatening disease, for that matter) may take inspiration from what I learned during my successful two-year encounter with lymphoma, and they are:
GRATITUDE as the fastest form of healing.
ACCEPTANCE of what is. (What you resist in life, persists.)
FREEDOM from fear & guilt (Easily accomplished when you grasp the first two keys, for if you are in a state of gratitude & you are accepting what is, then what would you fear or be guilty about?)
and finally FORGIVENESS as the foundation for all true healing: Forgiveness of oneself & forgiveness of 'the other'. (Yahoo!)
I hear you Dhani. I think the path to healing comes closer when there's very little choice but to have faith, and live guided by the laws of spiritual & emotional liberation.
My best friend's mum won her battle this way: my friend organised regular sessions of collective prayers and meditation. During these sessions, Clara (my mum's friend) was simultaneously channeling this energy, as she too, prayed.
Even when she was told that her days were counted, she never accepted chemo. There's no trace of cancer to be found in her body and she is shining, like a new born child.
